Truth Teller's Punishment?

Just caught some people blatantly lying around... I guess they must have thought I was stupid or something. Funnily enough, the lie doesn't even make any difference to me but the punishment's the same for the both the liars and the truth tellers so what was the point of telling the truth, again? Remind me.

[sigh]

*P.S This holds for 'most' of the cases. Not all... (obviously)

Baffled

My dino drawing needs work! :)
P.S Ads on PTV suck so bad, it's a wonder they haven't created a vacuum as yet... I don't usually watch TV so I'm not sure if these are the same ads playing on other channels. If so... well... g'luck with watching some guy's moustache and beard getting dyed (ew!)

Also for my real views on Pakistani cricket: http://tissuepaperthoughts.blogspot.com/2012/02/pakistani-crickets-chirping.html

Pakistani (Girls), Cruel Since Their Childhood?

*Dus Pattay toray is a desi version of pat-a-cake rhyme but with loads of seemingly unconnected stuff making up the bulk of  the poem....*

Which reminds me: Dus pattay toray must have been written by a disgruntled mom-in-law 'cause there's a clause in there totally against the daughter-in-law!

And a meme to go along with it...(Sorry to people who don't understand the awesomeness of mismatched nonsensical rhymes). The gist of it is: We took ten leaves off of the tree and one of 'em was a bit...young? unripened? green? (hmmmm!) so it was useless and then there's a whole rhyme about a deer fawn and how it went to drink water and got lost which leads us to want to capture it's grandma (without any cause whatsoever, I might add) and so on.....

Pakistani Crickets Chirping

I mean, honestly! This hit and miss style of playing unpredictably suits both the Pakistani viewers and players. A win win situation, if you think about it. No worrying the team needlessly for (*gasp*) 50 overs (or more in test matches)...This is pretty much a gullee danda style of playing which we all love and miss (not so much now that T20 has taken over).

Factual Feelings

While discussing with MU (of the besties fame) today about how sometimes your instinct tells you something and how you're very doubtful about certain situations (e.g whether you're reading the situations correctly or not) and then you have the brilliant idea to discuss it with your friend because you believe that'll give you the outsiders' perspective; so you do so. What you don't realize that it isn't a true outsider idea because your friend is gonna support you (well...in most cases), so what you get is a feeling which you now believe has turned into fact due to your friend's support. That is what usually messes us up so bad because then we're astounded as to why the situation didn't play out the way we wanted it to.

What's the solution? This is according to what MU and I deduced

Paying attention to the situation and may be checking what you would advise someone (unknown to you) in that same situation might help. I guess when we advise others, we're more logical so that should (technically) help you (and me) with whatever you (and I) are facing. I shall be testing it out from now on. Oh, and if you have an idea, lemme know by leaving a comment below...
